CIP- und SIP-Cleaning

Our stainless steel process transmitters have a strong front flush mirror polished diaphragm and temperature compensation and are suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning.

Minimum oil filling

Our special sensor technology allows the minimum oil filling between the membrane and the measuring cell, so that your processes are protected to the maximum.

Up to 0.075 % accuracy

With an accuracy of up to 0.075 %, you can handle even high-precision dosing processes with ease.

Ashcroft's hygienic diaphragm seal systems are manufactured to the highest possible standard for use in all food, pharmaceutical and chemical applications.

Dead space free diaphragm

We install our stainless steel diaphragm seals on pressure transmitters, switches or pressure gauges. All hygienic process diaphragm seals have a flush welded diaphragm without dead space. An extremely low filling liquid quantity helps you to avoid possible measuring errors due to high or fluctuating temperatures.

Helium leak test

We determine the integrity by means of a helium leak test and the support folding integrated in the membrane bed offers you maximum security against membrane breakage.
