The Ashcroft® Monoflange is available in both block and bleed and double block and bleed styles and are designed to mount directly to the instrument for process isolation and venting. Monoflanges are available with anti-tamper OS&Y bolted bonnet for critical applications.

Available in process or instrument type, OS & Y bolted bonnet isolation
Supplied with wetted parts according to NACE MR0175/MR0103
316L stainless steel construction
Isolates and bleeds the process medium from the instrument assembly
Stem with cold rolled surface, back seat and non-rotating needle tip
PTFE packing (other materials available upon request)
Color-coded dust caps prevent dust ingress and identify handle functions
Material certificates to EN 10204:2004 3.1
