Customer Service – Technical Sales
Your tasks:
- After an comprehensive training, you will be responsible for looking after customers from a defined customer
base and expanding your customer base through targeted new customer acquisition in cooperation with our
sales force - You form the commercial and technical interface between our suppliers and our customers in order to develop
special, customer-specific solutions - You develop innovative solutions with potential customers and build sustainable business relationships
- As the interface between the customer, product management and development team, you continuously
promote product improvements and innovations - At the same time, you will support our sales representatives, colleagues at Ashcroft Europe subsidiaries and
EMEA distributors - You advise our customers with diplomacy and finesse and create individual needs analyses, concepts and
offer - Your qualification:
- You have a degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable
qualification with relevant professional experience - In the best case, you have already gained initial experience in technical sales, which is rounded off by strong
communication skills, customer-oriented thinking & a self-confident, friendly demeanor - Through your daily use of Microsoft Office, you have a good knowledge of this. Initial experience with an ERP
system can help you get started faster - You have excellent communication skills in interdisciplinary teams as well as consulting and problem-solving
skills with regard to complex technical issues - Your strong communication and negotiation skills will convince customers to work with you with the aim of
building sustainable business relationships - As you have the opportunity to work for the Benelux Market you speak fluent Dutch and French. Additionally
you have a good knowledge of English and German.
